These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Siicx governing your access to and use of the Siicx mobile app and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Siicx lets you connect your social media accounts, view unified metrics, receive insights and recommendations, estimate brand-deal rates, and export a media kit. The Service is provided for your personal and professional use as a creator.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Siicx. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Connecting social accounts
You may connect third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) through their official authorization flows. By connecting an account you confirm you are entitled to do so and you authorize Siicx to access your data on a read-only basis. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
4. Insights, estimates & your media kit
Insights, recommendations, inferred profiles and rate estimates are generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates, not guarantees of growth, income or brand outcomes. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them, and for the content you choose to share.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party platform’s terms.
- Attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or other users’ accounts.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or abuse the Service.
- Misrepresent metrics produced by Siicx to deceive third parties.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your content and data. You grant Siicx the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — for example to import, process and display your metrics and to generate the outputs you request.
7. Subscriptions & payments
Some features may be offered for free and others as paid plans. Where purchases are made through an app store, that store’s billing terms apply. Pricing and plan details are presented in the app before you buy.
8. Intellectual property
The Siicx app, brand and software are owned by Siicx and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any insight or estimate will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siicx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
