This Privacy Policy describes how Siicx (“Siicx”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Siicx mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in (for example with Google or Apple), we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address. We use these to create and secure your account.
Connected social media data
When you connect an Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account, you grant Siicx read-only access through each platform’s official authorization flow. With that access we import your public profile details, your posts and their metadata, and your performance metrics (impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and engagement). We use this data solely to power the features you asked for, and we never post on your behalf.
Information you provide
During onboarding you may tell us about your goals, content focus and preferences. You may also contact support, in which case we receive the message you send.
Device & usage information
To operate the app reliably we may process device information (such as device type, language and time zone) and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.
How we use your information
- To connect your accounts and import your metrics.
- To generate insights, recommendations and brand-deal rate estimates.
- To create the media kit you choose to export.
- To send notifications you have opted into.
- To provide support and keep the Service secure and working.
AI processing
Some features use automated and AI systems to analyze your content and performance and produce insights, recommendations and your inferred creator profile. Outputs are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of results.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting and AI processing); when you choose to share — for example by exporting and sending your media kit; or if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any platform at any time, and you can delete your account, after which we remove your associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Your rights & controls
- Disconnect any connected platform from within the app.
- Access and update your profile information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Manage notifications and language preferences in Settings.
Security
Connections to social platforms use their official OAuth flows, and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children
Siicx is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
