About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Siicx (“Siicx”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use the Siicx mobile app, this website and related services (the “Service”). Siicx is the controller of that data — the party responsible for deciding how it is used.

It also explains how we handle the data we receive from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok when you connect those accounts. For any question or request, contact us at geral@siicx.com.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in (for example with Google or Apple), we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email”, we receive a private relay address instead. We use these to create and secure your account.

Connected social media data

When you connect an Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account, you grant Siicx read-only access through each platform’s official authorization flow. With that access we import your profile details, your posts and their metadata, and your performance metrics. The next section lists exactly what we import from each platform.

Information you provide

During onboarding you may tell us about your goals, content focus and preferences. You may also save content ideas, express interest in brand campaigns or contact support, in which case we receive the message you send.

Purchases & subscriptions

Siicx Pro is sold and billed by Apple, which handles your payment under its own Privacy Policy. We never receive your payment card details or your Apple Account password. When you subscribe, Apple and RevenueCat — the service we use to manage subscriptions — give us what we need to provide your access: the plan you chose; purchase, renewal and expiry dates; whether you are in a free trial; the subscription’s status, such as cancelled, in a billing retry period or refunded; transaction identifiers; and the App Store country, price and currency.

Device & usage information

To operate the app reliably we may process device information (such as device type, language and time zone) and a push-notification token if you enable notifications. We also use Google Analytics for Firebase in the app to understand how features are used, such as which screens and cards are opened. These events are tied to a random app identifier, not to your name or email, and are never used for advertising.

On our website

If you join the Android waitlist, we collect your name, email address, social media handle and the platform you post on most. With your permission, we also use analytics to understand how visitors use the website — see Cookies & analytics.

Data from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

We only import data from the accounts you connect, and only with the permissions you approve on the platform’s own screen. Our access is read-only: Siicx never posts, comments, sends messages or changes anything on your accounts.

Instagram

  • Profile: your account ID, username, name, profile picture, account type, and follower and post counts.
  • Content: your posts and reels and their metadata, such as captions, media type, publish time and links.
  • Insights: metrics for your account and content, such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and follower changes, and — where Instagram provides it — aggregated insights about your audience, such as the countries or age ranges of your followers.

Facebook

  • Profile: your name and user ID, and the Facebook Pages you choose to connect (name, picture and followers).
  • Content: the posts on those Pages and their metadata.
  • Insights: metrics for those Pages and posts, such as views, reach, reactions, comments and shares.

TikTok

  • Profile: your TikTok user ID, display name, username, avatar, bio, profile link and verification status.
  • Stats: your follower, following, likes and video counts.
  • Videos: your public videos and their metadata — such as title or description, publish time, duration, cover image and share link — with their view, like, comment and share counts.

We use this data only to provide the Siicx features you use: your dashboard, insights, content ideas, rate estimates, media kit and campaign matches. We do not:

  • sell or rent it, or share it with data brokers;
  • use it for advertising, or share it with advertising networks;
  • use it to decide anyone’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance or similar;
  • use it to infer sensitive characteristics, such as health, ethnicity, religion, political opinions or sexual orientation;
  • use it to monitor or track anyone, or to re-identify anyone from de-identified data;
  • build profiles of anyone other than you; or
  • use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Each platform also handles your data under its own policy: see the Meta Privacy Policy, Instagram Privacy Policy and TikTok Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To connect your accounts and import your metrics.
  • To generate insights, recommendations, content ideas and brand-deal rate estimates.
  • To match you with brand campaigns and, when you express interest, share your details with that brand.
  • To provide your Siicx Pro subscription: confirm purchases, unlock features, restore purchases on new devices, and handle renewals, cancellations, billing issues and refunds.
  • To create the media kit you choose to export.
  • To send notifications you have opted into, and news about the Android app if you joined the waitlist.
  • To provide support, keep the Service secure and working, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how our app and website are used, and to comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

Some features use automated and AI systems to analyze your content and performance and produce insights, recommendations, content ideas, rate estimates, campaign matches and your inferred creator profile. Outputs are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of results — you decide what to do with them.

Part of this processing is done by AI service providers acting on our behalf. They may process your data only to produce these outputs for us, under contracts that do not allow them to use it for their own purposes, such as training their models.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, subscription management (RevenueCat), email and push-notification delivery, and app and website analytics (Google Firebase). They act on our instructions, under written agreements, and may use your data only to provide their services to us.
  • Brands, when you express interest. We share your name, the email address on your account, your connected account handles and the profile and performance information on your Siicx profile with that brand, so it can evaluate your profile and contact you about that campaign. Brands receive nothing unless you express interest, and our terms for brands allow them to use it only for that campaign.
  • When you choose to share — for example by exporting and sending your media kit.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, Siicx or others.
  • In a business transfer, if Siicx is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your data would remain protected by this policy.

Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for: your account, your Siicx Pro subscription, connected accounts, insights, content ideas, media kit and campaign matches.
  • Consent — for push notifications, the Android waitlist, analytics cookies on our website, and sharing your details with a brand when you express interest. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the app’s features are used so we can improve them, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.

Data retention

  • Account data is kept while your account is active.
  • Data from a connected account is kept while it stays connected, and refreshed so your metrics stay current. If you disconnect it — in Siicx or from the platform’s settings — we stop importing and delete the data we imported from it, including the insights derived from it, within 30 days.
  • When you delete your account, we delete it and all associated data within 30 days, except records we must keep to meet legal obligations. Copies in backups are removed on our regular backup cycle.
  • Subscription records are kept while your account exists, so we can provide your access, restore purchases and handle renewals and refunds. When you delete your account we delete them too, including your customer record at RevenueCat. Apple keeps its own record of your purchases.
  • Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
  • Android waitlist details are kept until we tell you the Android app is available, or until you ask us to remove them.

How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time, in any of these ways:

  • Delete your account in the app. In Siicx, open your profile, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This deletes your account and all associated data, including everything imported from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Disconnect a single account. In Siicx, open My accounts and disconnect it. We delete the data imported from that account.
  • Remove Siicx from the platform. On Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. On TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. When the platform tells us access was removed, we delete the data imported from that account.
  • Email us. Send a request from the email address on your account to geral@siicx.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Siicx Pro subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in your Apple Account settings — see how to cancel.

Your rights & controls

  • Disconnect any connected platform from within the app.
  • Access and update your profile information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Manage notifications and language preferences in Settings.
  • Manage or cancel your Siicx Pro subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email geral@siicx.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within one month.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Connections to social platforms use their official OAuth flows, and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information. To report a security vulnerability, email geral@siicx.com.

If a security incident affects your personal data, we will notify you, the relevant authorities and the affected platforms where required.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies & analytics

If you accept analytics cookies in the banner on your first visit, this website uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how visitors use it. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser — never for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block cookies in your browser. Android waitlist sign-ups are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore).

Children

Siicx is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from them, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. If we make significant changes, we will tell you before they take effect.
